A Lambrusco IGT rosé wine produced on land confiscated from organised crime in San Vito dei Normanni (BR).
The grapes are Lambrusco, and the harvest was slightly advanced by a few days to capture more freshness in the finished wine. The winemaking process involved gently pressing the grapes. The juice then fermented naturally in stainless steel for 7 months. The result is a highly aromatic wine with red fruit notes, fresh and lively.
