A red Lambrusco IGT wine produced on land confiscated from organised crime in San Vito dei Normanni (BR).
The fully ripe Lambrusco grapes were processed using a technique we might jokingly call ‘lasagne’. In other words, some of the grapes were destemmed and crushed, some were left in whole bunches, and some were pressed directly. This has produced a full-bodied, well-structured wine with a lovely fruity character, making it intriguing and a pleasure to sip.
